  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs boneless and skinless
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces gently for a golden sear.
  2. As chicken cooks, add minced garlic. Stir and lower heat slightly to prevent burning.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Let the spices bloom in the hot oil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and let chicken simmer in the garlic butter sauce until fully cooked.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For meal prep, store separately from lemon juice until serving. Feel free to swap in ghee or thighs for variety.
