- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.

- Toss wings with baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add desired seasoning.
- Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer with space between each.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end to enhance crispiness. Serve immediately.
Notes
To prep ahead, season wings and refrigerate uncovered up to 24 hours. For even crispier skin, rest the seasoned wings uncovered for 1-3 hours before baking.
