Ingredients
  

Granola Base
  • 2 cups granola store-bought or homemade
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil or honey to bind the granola
Yogurt Layer
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit Topping
  • 1 cup mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, combine granola with melted coconut oil or honey. Stir until clumpy. Press one tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin or silicone cup to create a base.
  2. Step 2: In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spoon over the granola base to form the yogurt layer.
  3. Step 3: Top each cup with mixed berries and banana slices. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
  4. Step 4: Freeze for at least 2 hours. Once set, pop out the Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups and store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes
