Method
- Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make cutlets for even cooking.
- In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat fully in the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with olive oil spray.
- Place chicken in the basket in a single layer. Spray the tops. Air fry for 10 minutes.
- Flip, spray again, and cook for another 5–7 minutes or until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
Customize with Italian seasoning or cayenne for extra flavor. Serve with roasted veggies, salad, or add marinara and mozzarella for chicken parmesan style.
