  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten
  • olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make cutlets for even cooking.
  2. In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat fully in the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with olive oil spray.
  5. Place chicken in the basket in a single layer. Spray the tops. Air fry for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip, spray again, and cook for another 5–7 minutes or until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes
