Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon cubes dry, then season with salt, pepper, and toss with olive oil.
- Place salmon in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy on the outside and tender inside.
- While salmon cooks, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl and toss with glaze until well coated.
- Optional: Return glazed salmon to air fryer for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Serve warm with rice, veggies, or in wraps.
Notes
Great for meal prep—just store glaze separately and toss before serving. Try over jasmine rice, in lettuce wraps, or on salads!
