Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
  • celery sticks

Method
 

  1. Chop the cauliflower into even-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Transfer cooked florets to a bowl, drizzle with buffalo sauce, and toss to coat.
  6. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until crisp and glossy.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately after cooking. Don’t oversauce before the second air fry to maintain crispiness.
