- Wash, core, and slice the apples into ¼-inch fries. Keeping them even helps them cook perfectly.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon with oats or graham crackers. Brush apple slices with honey or syrup if desired, then roll them in the coating mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Sprinkle extra cinnamon or drizzle honey over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, try coating with crushed almonds or coconut flakes. Don’t worry if they look a bit rustic – that’s part of the homemade charm!
