  • 1 wheel brie cheese 8–10 oz, double or triple cream preferred
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts chopped, toasted
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the whole brie wheel on the baking sheet. Score the top lightly with a knife for easier melting.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly on top of the brie. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle the chopped nuts. Add herbs if using.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is soft and gooey but still holds its shape.
  5. Let it cool for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or apple slices.
