Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the whole brie wheel on the baking sheet. Score the top lightly with a knife for easier melting.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly on top of the brie. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle the chopped nuts. Add herbs if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is soft and gooey but still holds its shape.
- Let it cool for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or apple slices.
