  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes and sausage with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven for another 5 minutes, until melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
