- Chop the salmon into 1 to 1.5-inch bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Optional: Spritz with lemon juice and garnish with parsley or dill before serving.
