Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin on or off, your preference
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh lemon juice optional, for serving
  • chopped parsley or dill optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chop the salmon into 1 to 1.5-inch bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Optional: Spritz with lemon juice and garnish with parsley or dill before serving.
