  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels for optimal crispiness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook an additional 6–8 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
