- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels for optimal crispiness.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook an additional 6–8 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Tip: For bone-in skinless chicken thighs, add 2–3 extra minutes per side. To reduce fat further, use light cooking spray instead of olive oil. Customize with lemon zest or oregano for a Mediterranean flair.
